Danelander "the brand" is the first brand of its type actually to be owned by the stakeholders who are also the brands principal customers.
The great advantage lies in the brand being closely focused at the point of sale, then information and experience is supplied back up the chain to manufacture (things in the industry are normally done the other way around, often leaving makers without the vital grass roots information needed to make improvements).
We therefore learn a great deal from our direct contact with our end user customers , and achieve a high level of useful feedback. Its this vital feedback which directly inspires any improvements we make to products.
Not least of all, this special direct link to our end users allows a layer of distribution cost to be completely removed with the attendant savings to users this brings. Our dealers are also stakeholders in the making of our products, so you could say they were in fact the makers as well as the sellers.
All this benefit is passed onto our end users in the form of better development research, better products, and very competitive cost savings.

The Danelander brand is owned and operated by the dealer network, who shall also be the actual owners and stakeholders of the brand. The Danelander brand will seek excellence in design based on customer use, ideas and product feedback. This will be combined with the input and vast of the experience of the Danelander network of stakeholders, to continually improve all aspects of the offering. Danelander will invest considerable resources and investment to the research and development function, to benefit the performance and cost effectiveness, ingenuity and innovation constructed into our products. The Danelander range will always seek to achieve the most affordable machinery end user costs possible. The competitiveness and quality of the range will be its hall mark where ever possible. Control over the quality function will always remain within the UK to ISO standards and will be "CE" certified within the EU in all cases. The stakeholders will decide who within the network who will be allowed to purchase products from danelander.. The mission will be to supply a defined product range and service within identified market area segments. Stakeholders will be expected to offer full service and warranty cover within these defined segments and maintain the good customer liaisons required for training and safe use of the Danelander product. The Danelander Stakeholders will through a governing council of three principles, be responsible for the success and expansion of the range and bringing to market new and innovative designs. The highest achievable overall customer satisfaction, will be among the principle goals of the brand.
