DANELANDER RETURNS POLICY
Our customers may rest assured that they are covered by the full Danelander returns warranty . Some machinery is by its very nature quite complicated. Accordingly, it is always suggested to get our expert assistance to ensure full compatability on fitting and use, before during and even after purchasing. Our many decades of expertise is freely given and without obligation, so should always be actively sought.
Our Customers should they have the wrong item supplied by us, can make a return at our expense if our mistake, or at customers expense if customers error made at time of order. Returns time allowed from delivery date if wrongly supplied is strictly 14 days from the date of delivery. Items correctly processed by us for customers advance ordering then cancelled , are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover costs and re advertising. The items returned should be in unused condition and boxed or packed/ palletised in a way that protects the item fully when return transported. Additionally, customers should phone prior to retuning any item to obtain a returns note number reference. Used Items may not normally be returned. If any help or advice is needed on any returns matters, Danelander staff will be on hand via the telephone to assist.
Items built or adapted or made to customers instructions (referred to as special orders ), are by their nature "special" and not returnable to normal stockholdings. The same applies to items on Sale or special offer or close out last of line, where sales are deemed as final.
