Returns Policy

Our customers may rest re assured that they are covered by the full Danelander returns warranty . Our customers are allowed to make a "back to base" return ( for any reason) of any product within 7 days of completed delivery. The item returned should be in unused condition and boxed or packed in a way that protects the item to be transported. Additionaly, customers should phone prior to retuning any item to obtain a returns note Number reference. If any help or advice is needed on returns, Danelander staffers will be on hand via the telephone to assist. The only exception to this rule will be where customers have purchased items "specially built to order" E.G. where they cannot be altered back without damage or high cost.
